So I made a thread on the problems/help page and no one has replied, so I'll add it to here as well.

Since going SC I've had a couple codes that keep coming up.

P0106 and P0121

I had the throttle position sensor code on 2 different throttle bodies, my LE5 tb and my brand new LSJ tb.

I did no wire splicing for anything. For the LSJ tb I bought ZZPs adaptor plug for LE5 to LSJ.

Shed some light on my problems!

You said you had p0121 in both throttle bodies. I'd check the wiring for the throttle body. Get yourself a multimeter and a wiring diagram and go to town. Or it could just be the wire is loose at the plug. I know one of the wires on my maf sensor pops out pretty easy.

p0101 something about maf? lol. Try cleaning that and go from there haha
and the other code is map sensor. Did you wire everything correctly? and you using a new map sensor?

So from what I just learned from AutoZone is that map sensor I am plugged into is called a "Temperature Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor." AZ doesn't even sell those lol. I know I've got the 1 wire from my MAF plug ran to the Tmap sensor to monitor intake temps.

The intake manifold probably has 100k+ miles on it with the original sensor I'm sure so I'd rather just replace that, if the sensor is bad.

As for the TPS code, I can only assume there is a short somewhere in the wiring. After I had installed my header, I had no idea that my wiring was melting slowly, at least not until I opened up the whole harness behind the engine. I had to pull sites apart from radiotherapy as they were melted together. Perhaps some of them have bare exposed copper now and it's arcing to something?
I'll try and see if this is what's going on.

As for the MAF code, I'm at a loss for that one. I'll spray it down with MAF cleaner and reinstall it, but again that sensor is only 2 months old.

iirc jeffrey is selling those map sensors. if not they are still fairly cheap.

Alright so it's been a while so here's what's up with my car as of now.

Recently added a 2.8" pulley and an AIS methanol injection kit. Currently I'm on 50/50 water and meth. I'm shooting an 8gph nozzle just before the blower inlet.

Not too sure on what my numbers are on this setup, but it feels powerful. My car squats pretty hard when I stab the throttle lol.

In the near future I'll be upsizing to a 12gph main nozzle and running a smaller 2gph nozzle for 1-5psi. Methanol is my alternative until E85 moves closer to where I live. Also helps that I work side by side with a VP Fuels distributor lol.

Are you using a progressive controller or running an AIS switch?

Using a boost switch that AIS sells. It begins delivery at around 5-6psi.

Be very careful with that thing, i had a ...lets call it "dispute" with AIS about 2 years ago when their boost switch failed on my supercharged B series after 2 weeks. Make sure you have safety precautions in place that will save your motor should the switch fail to activate the methanol pump under boost.

How did you connect your throttle body to the evap solenoid?

I put a vacuum cap on the throttle body and put a t-fitting from the brake booster line and evap solenoid to the vacuum port on the blower case.

I couldn't find the hard vacuum line that runs from the evap to the throttle body or i would have had it run that way.

I used a regular vacuum line. Its like a silicone line. Ran it under the sc so you couldnt see it

Yes and yes. That's exactly how I'm running my setup currently. Been that way for nearly 20k boosted miles.

Alright so after endless searching I'm stuck on how to correctly wire my MAF to my MAP correctly. I can monitor my IAT2 as I wired that in the past, but I've got 1 wire on my MAF that isn't wired to anything. It's an all Tan wire at the bottom of the MAF plug. Where is this supposed to go?

Currently I have the Tan/Black wire ran the the #2 wire on the MAP plug. Where is this all Tan wire from the MAF supposed to be wired? If anyone wants to call me on my cell and walk me through this, just PM me.

it should be spliced into the "low reference" wire on the map Position #1.
That is how mine is, wire colors were not all the same though.

Ya know I could never figure that out. I recently just broke down my kit and sent it all over America, but while I was taking everything apart I noticed my MAF sensor was the same way. I never did figure out if that wire was intended to be hooked back up, or if it was cut off for a reason and spliced into something else. I don't recall, you could try sending a PM to Beck to find out. I'm sure he'd know
