So if your pulley determines how much boost you will make, how can you be sure you won't over boost? Or is it just a matter of upgrading engine internals so that whatever you do boost, you'll be safe?

Just ordered ZZP's 3" intake as well as a brand new LSJ throttle body and 8 pin to 8 pin adaptor. Hopefully they will be here by the weekend so I can install and have some fun!

You can also use a standard 3 jaw puller and an impact wrench if you have access to them. That's what I used. What did you use in the intake manifold as far as hardware? I'm talking about the 2 middle holes that go far through the manifold and into the block. Do you recall the size?

Not sure on size, pk91 (Pat). Picked up the hardware at a store called fastenall or something similar.

So a regular gear or hub puller will take a stock pulley off? I don't need some special tool that ZZP sells?

I'm probably going to fab a bit of the support that the I take tube snakes around. I may just cut some off of it so that it fits happy underneath it.

Reviews say that it's not too bad of a fit, but rubs against the ECU.

Correct. If you have one that will work just fine. That's how I took mine off.

I never asked this, but what are an SCd LE5's limitations on injectors, and a pulley with an M62? Without doing internals work.

This.

If you have 42s and want to go for a smaller pulley I'd get bigger injectors first.

I think Beck is running e85, 2.8 on 80s. He's probably north of 280whp. There are turbo LE5s running around with 330-350whp, stock internals. It really depends on how hard you're driving it too.

twin charging would be more harmful then helpful on a 4 cylinder, unless you used two really really tiny turbos lol

Is that even possible? Twincharging is supercharged and turbo'd...

my zzp 3" intake easily fit without any rubbing issues. Not sure why everyone has problems with them.
