wrong sir.. sorry, but i tried both...first the ARK.. for our 2.4's, there is not enough clearance. you put the spacer on and the O2 sensor wont go on...not enough space.it gets wedged between the spacer and frame rail.
as for the Spark plug non fouler. i was only able to get 1 out of the 2 on for the same reason. thought 1 would do it, WRONG. you still get a light. i bought a scanner and i clear the code about every 2 - 3 days. nothing to do about it then to HP tune it out

Shop around...there is an O2 sensor extender that is "L" shaped so you can reposition the O2 sensor along the exhaust. I can't remember the manufacturer's name but it was sold on ebay. Those that had problems with the 2-antifoulers found this "L" shaped one worked better.

ok, my experience....
i had V2 header and vibrant downpipe w/high flow cat. bought a $20 L-shape adapter off e-bay and fixed the p0420 code, THEN another code popped up. the issue was now with the first O2 sensor. some aftermarket header's don't put the sensor in the right spot and it throws a code. i bought a new front O2 sensor and tried to fix it, didn't work. i took off the exhaust, brooke the front one in the process, and sold it. put my stock exhaust on with the original O2 sensor and everything was peachy.
the 2nd code only came up after i fixed the p0420 issue... you may have more than 1 code, so the second O2 sensor fix may NOT solve your problem
my 2 cents
