Unhappy P0131 CEL code

I have a CEL and it's a P0131 code(low voltage on front sensor). I clear it and after 2-3 days, it's back again. That is after installing my new pacesetter header.
I have a catless dp with a fouler kit, no extension on o2 sensors. The front sensor wire is a little tight, but it clips very well.

Exhaust leak? Did I break my sensor? Anyone know how to check if he's working properly?

Either you broke it or it's dead. Get a new one it'll go away

Yeah it isn't too hard. You need to take the sensor off and strip the wires coming from it. Locate the ground and signal wires, and hook up a multimeter to each. Then heat up the sensor with a small torch or a lighter works, just make sure the flame is far enough away from the sensor itself. You should be able to see change in voltage across the sensor with the multimeter. Keep taking the heat and putting it back to make sure the voltage fluctuates. More specifically the voltage should be able to easily get past .5 volt. No need to go past that. If it does not go up to or past .5 volt then the o2 sensor is probably shot.

Make sure you buy the OEM O2 plug, i put a Bosch in mine and if kept throwing the code, put a ac delco in and hasn't been back since.

Thx I'll try testing it before buying a new one. I may need a o2 extension too, wires are a bit tight...
And anyone with a pacesetter header + catless dp? It sounds like ****...
Can't figure out if I have a leak or not. Tips to check leaks around the donut flange? Its almost impossible to reach.

If you hear a ticking it is leaking. I wouldnt doubt it pacesetter isn't the best quality. You can just sand it down and use some copper rtv and it should be fine

It's more like a "fart" sound... (sorry, can't explain the sound in english)
I put some copper rtv between the gasket and the header, and in the donut flange?

I know pacesetter isn't the best quality, but I had header + dp for 100$

Oh no I understand man everyone has a budet, just saying that don't expect it to not to come with headaches. I would say not to use rtv near the head, it gets too messy. Just sand down that flange to make it flat then use rtv on the header to dp flange. Is it catted? Because if not that fart sound is normal

It's not catted... I see now why people say catless sounds like crap.
I plan on getting a cat welded on my dp soon. I'll try to fix the CEL until then.
Thx for ur help!
