No, please use the search tool, there are dozens of threads about them, and how they do not work.
If you have a 2.4(assuming b/c we are in that section) you can easily gain good HP numbers from bolt-ons (header, downpipe, intake, catback) and a good tune. Most dyno shops offer tuning by the hour, or you can find someone local with HPTuners to tune you also.

Performance tuned ECU is the way to go. The chips are a joke and a waste of money. The VMS Performance ECU as well as the Tune Time Performance ECU have both shown significant gains on otherwise stock vehicles. I think streakblueG5GT is showing 10-12HP and 8lbs of torque to the wheels on a mustang dyno after the Tune Time ECU with no other mods. Even if you saw NO gains (which you won't) the sheer number of small improvements they add to your ECU is worth the price. Both of these tunes are mail-order, VMS gives you the option to order a completely new ECU so you don't have to mess with your stocker.
As a note, as far as I know there is NO tuning (actual ECM tuning or tuned ECM replacement, not talking about a chip) available for the 2.2 ECM.
