first off, what the hell is that filter style thing where your vacum line should be from your intake
second, if it is caused by a idleing (SP) issue, i would check your spark plugs, switch em out...or better yet take it to the dealership.

1. An open element breather..?
2. There's nothing wrong with my idle/drive-ability/performance at all. It's just a noise. It's due for an inspection in a month anyway. Doesn't sound serious. So i'm just waiting until then. I'm back in school, so taking it down there isn't too easy..

To me..it sounds like a belt...or the pulley is not properly gresed.
However, it could be one of your injectors failing.
I know that some injectors (I dont know if GM uses them) have a fail safe system...similar to car brakes...
When they are about gone..they squeek. Could be the same for the injectors.
Or your low on oil...and your valves are scrapin the side walls!

OK.. Update. I popped the hood the other day when my friend was around and he started looking around.. We figured out that it's the 2nd coil pack from the left of the engine (looking at it). He wiggled it a little and the beeping slowed down. Wiggled it more and it stopped. So Maybe something is just loose inside it? I don't know how one's set up.. But maybe it's not actually BAD, just needs some help..? Now it's ALOT quieter than before (the noise), and sometimes isn't even there anymore.. Any ideas..? A new one from GM-CED is like 45 so if I need a new one it's not a big deal..

I don't think everybody is ignoring you -- it is EXTREMELY difficult to give you an answer over the internet without being able to physically look at it, listen to it, or hear the difference when you say you moved the coil pack. I can't say that I've ever heard that noise -- are you sure the sparkplug is seated? Could be pressure coming around the sparkplug and you only think it's the coil because the noise is coming from underneath?

I included a video on the first page.. I'll be pulling the plugs to replace them in a month when I paint my valve cover.. If I put them back in and everything is fine, I'll know that was it. But if not, then it's probably something in there and I'll just let the dealer look at it when it gets inspected..
