Picked This Up Today From A Local Seller.
I just got a 2.5" Cat-less XTC downpipe from a local seller today. Within the next couple of days, depending on this tsunami we have hitting my area currently, I should be installing it to my Megan cat-back.
Anyone have a similar setup to mine?
WhiteSSBalt, if you read this, I know your setup is pretty similar and sounds great.
Hm, no replies...interesting.
Bump.

They do have emissions. It's okay though because they don't do tests from the exhaust. They do tests from ODB-II port that we have in our cars. The only reason why I would fail would because of my check engine light. There's alternatives to get it fixed though. I bought the downpipe for $110 and it has 3,000 miles on it. I thought it was a good buy.

What is the Right Test for Your Vehicle?
On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) Test
1996 or newer model year vehicles weighing 8,500 pounds or less and equipped with a computer controlled engine and fuel system
Instead of testing your vehicle’s exhaust, your emissions test will involve scanning your vehicle's computer for emission control malfunctions. During an on-board diagnostics scan, a lane inspector will connect to your vehicle's computer through a connector under the dashboard to determine the presence of recorded “trouble codes” that illuminate the “check engine” light on the instrument panel. Vehicles with an illuminated “check engine” light automatically fail the emissions test.
Straight from Maryland emissions website. Your car was a 1990 therefore it didn't have ODB-II port.
I has a 1992 Toyota Camry before my Balt and they did the same exact thing with my car.
