Problem with Cooling fan

Hey everyone! Looking for some guidance here. Recently my a/c strated acting up. I would get no cold air at an idle, but when I was driving it would blow cold. I traced it down to the cooling fan not turning on.
I replaced the 30a fuse for cooling fans 1, it was blown. Everything was working fine for about a week, then it blew the fuse again. I replaced it again, and it blew the fuse after 2 days (very minimal driving, maybe 10 miles over the 2 days).
Would the fan motor starting to fail cause the fuse to blow? I don't know of any other possibilities right now. All the wires are wrapped in the wire loom, so I can't see any shorts. Any help and insight on this would be appreciative! Thanks, Tyler

i had this problem this week, but my fan doesn't work at all.. it was the wire between the cooling fan relay 1 and my fan was cutted... maybe you have a short to the ground in your wiring between the fuse and the fan !
