Pulley Down?

Right now I am running the Stage 2 pulley 3.06" IIRC. If I wanted to pulley down what would you guys suggest? I run dual pass with option B and have an aftermarket heat exchanger. Also Stock internals as of now, 08, but the engine manufacture year was 2007? Just looking for some advice.
