i think the issue is it's a bitt too high priced and are there any concrete dyno gains? or just your original speculation?

Awsome for the pictures. Deffinitly looks great. Different colors would be very tempting for customers to buy. Also, how does the intake sound? May be a bit lame of me but i also like sound. I currently own a K&N SRI and a Fujita CAI. I should be getting a refund for the CAI because it wasnt tuned for my car like i was told it was. Then i might consider purchasing one if all the above are options and price is right. I purchased the other two for $195.00 and $215.00 respectivly.

See the Big difference with our is it goes inside the fender well. I do not think anyone else does this to my knowledge.
With it being out of the engine bay expect ours to have way colder Inlet tempetures.
Simple science Cold air makes more Power!
we can Get black couplers aswell.
Stainless is also more money over aluminum. also there is more pipe and bends in our kit, thats why it costs a little more.

I'm waiting to see on what the CA/XTC 2.4 specific intake looks like and how that turns out, and also the price. I'm either gonna get that one or this one to replace my AEM 2.2. I want a 2.4 specific intake before I tune.

see depending on the dyno numbers / track numbers from it it could very well be worth it... but not if it only gives up 7HP like every other intake see what the delemma is rebel? i don't really doubt it.. since you've had some really awesome products... however it's just hard for some people to throw down money with nothing solid..

will it work for the ion as well?

Why would you want this intake when you already have a handful of intakes engineered specifically for your 2.2? (AEM, Injen, Fujita, Weapon-R) This intake will probally fit, but you'll likely get better results using an intake actually designed for your car. I have an AEM 2.2 intake on my 2.4SS simpy b/c when I bought the car new back in Oct. '06 there were no 2.4 specific intakes. It fits, yes, but it throws CEL's and I'm sure that this intake, or the K&N 2.4 typhoon will wield better results on my car.

The intake helps the Car injest One more pound of air. According to the Hpt log file.
So taking a bone stock car making lets say 145whp on the low side. If you do some math. You will come up with a 10.8% gain in air flow, that equates to roughly15hp gain based on making 145hp. Just some food for thought. I'll try and get the nex customer to get on the dyno to lay down some numbers to support our claims.

Does somoene have a log file of a before and after of there injen or K@N intake?.Email me with it Sales@rebelautoworxs.com

we currently only have blue couplers (our supplier of the coupler only has blue)

If you want to purchase one, just send us a PM.

To specify about the sound. I did a drive by for the guys in our cobalt meet and every single person there could not believe how good it sounded.

Not too concerned with the sound my intake makes. Can't hear it at all b/c of my exhaust. Just ask anyone at the most recent VA meet. Its "rediculous" sounding according to HerndonHighSS, lol. (My exhaust that is).

But remembering back to when I had only the AEM CAI, it sounded pretty good.

I dont see how an exhaust could add airflow to an intake, but yeah I had a full header back exhaust during that log.

Got it from Turbo tech racing. Never enough was not around at the time, or they would have gotten my money.
