RPM fluctuation issues

ok so..... just put my cti 2.5 over the axle and dynomax muffler on today and my rpm's are randomly doing there own thing.... i have sri and badmab header and zzp downpipe with non-fouler cheat for my o2 sensors, and have not had this issue till today..... anybody have any suggestions.... i wont be able to afford my tune till tax time.... so just looking for any ideas on what it may be and/or any quick fixes

you have releasessome back pressure but the revs should change much unless you released a **** load of back pressure. Also check for check engine lights, just because!

im not sure if i explained myself correctly or if u know what i mean..... rpms will change for a brief second while foot is off gas.... or will drop for a brief second while foot is lightly on gas at cruising speeds.... i realize i dropped the amount of backpressure by opening up the exhaust and there are no CEL as of yet

Its like this. If you hav added these parts and they have not done the rpm issue till the exaust was done. Which would mean the exaust opened it up.. (Also the exaust prob opened it up to much to where you messed the airflow of the maf calibrations up so therefore its skewed and needs to be tuned). Check into your local or another tuner near you for the best help!!

I have considered doing a hard reset but am afraid i would mess up my keyless entry/remote start etc.... i think i can deal with this until i can afford a tune.... but not sure yet

thanks.... would not have thought that opening up exhaust could affect maf stuff.... but makes sense now.... comin to MI anytime soon lol

ive had the battery off 5 times or so now...it doesnt mess anything up except normal stuff (MPG calc and time)

probably a back pressure issue.. when i had an exhaust leak.. sometimes the rpms would drop so low i thought the car was gunna stall

Closest I come to you is indy... But anything to do with airflow, it'll Skew trims normally.
