I saw somewhere on here (if my search button were working I would find the post) a STOCK 5 speed ran a 15.0 or 15.1. If there is an auto that can run in the 14s stock then I will believe you turbo06

Obviously there are ALOT of variables..such as driver skill, weather, heat soak, gas, etc.

You cant use that information.

For starters the variables in weather on each of those days the said user ran. The LOCATION...aka altitude. Track prep.

as it sits right now, I am the fastest 2.4...with a 13.56. Do you see me on there? No.

Your comparing a list compiled from different parts of the country / world. Therefore, this information is void.

Odd seeing how even the automotive press sites 1/4 mile times from all over the world as the cars time. Maybe you need to start this battle with them and then let it trickle down to us here at CSS. Not hating just saying the whole world does, why do you think here should or would be any different?

Then where's your proof? Ive seen bone stock manual 2.4's run low 15's and even some in the high 14's. I've never even seen a moded auto (minus you. celica and hahns boosted cars) run a low 15. If your talking about a tuned auto (including the ecu) i can understand. But honestly i wouldn't see why any auto would have just a tuned tranny.

A. You search i could care less. You made a statement. i called bs. You find proff to shut me up thats how arguments go

B. I mentioned that you didn't count you boosted ****

also papaz and GTP on that 1/4 list are both from PA and i beleive both from Pittsburgh so that is a pretty fair comparison. And seeing as GTP had less mods a worse 60ft time and still ran .2 quicker and 2mph higher then the auto well you see where i'm going.

maybe. but majority of members here don't know how to drive their car, even though they think they are great drivers.

best bet is to get someone to teach you that actually knows what they're doing. or, do alot of research and learn why to do certain things, and why not to do certain things.
