senior_brown, don't worry too much about the knock cause you only got it in the first run, probably cause your mounts were cold. The second and third run you didn't get any knock. Also you were running 91 octane, so if you put 94 your set!

As for the IDC, you did hit 106%, just get the bigger injectors and a tune.

You didn't go lean as there was no wideband hooked up, I would say you went rich from the IDC's. So if you lean it proper you could easily pick up another 10WHP.

mmm turbo, guys you have no idea how many companies have asked for me to donate my car for a turbo development, i would love to, but i dont have another car to drive, and i drive a lot, maybe i should bite the cost soon and get a rental for a month

what size injectors come on the stock 2.4? should i go stock ss/sc or bigger?

Yeah the knock is caused by higher IDC, and the stock injectors above 3rd gear are 90%+ and it gets worse from gear to gear. Get the 34#'s and we will figure out what harness you need soon.

k, so i got the harness and the injectors put in today, 20 mins and i got a o2 sensor rich code (as expected) i gotto drive my mom to toronto and back in the morning and then im going by tag right after that to get it tuned.

ya think its ok to drive it like this?

better carry another set of plugs just incase

I personally would've installed them in the parking lot then got tuned

i put the stock injectors back in

**** its cold outside, the car didnt wanna start this morning, so i didnt go to tag

i swapped them back and the car started 1st try, lotta smoke at first, then i took her for a nice boot on the highway to clear it up and its running clean again

gonna go to tag tomorow morning
