First, what type of spark plugs do are cars have?

Second, would performance spark plugs benefit my car?

Third what's a good brand of spark plugs, the site/store would help

Stock we all have generic AC Delco plugs. For the most part "performance" spark plugs won't make you go any faster but they are a good investment due to their quality, kind of like using synthetic oil on a car that doesn't require it; you don't need the better oil but it can only help not hurt. I hear good things about Bosch spark plugs, I'm probably picking up a set of Iridium Fusions from them in another 2,000 miles.
