I think the answer to that is probably yes, with some caveats of course.
Ahh in that case yes the inputs are probably similar enough to get away with it except for Crank Pos and Cam Pos inputs Although with people tuning both ECM's now I have no idea why people would want a piggy back? You'd still be held down by the torque limiters in the factory ECM..

Ooops
I am wrong! (AKA YOU ARE CORRECT)
(ever THINK you are looking at one thing and it's actually another??)
I was actually looking at a cutaway of an E40 (2005MY LS2 Vette or maybe from 2006 9-7X LH6) and misidentified it as an E67 (3 connectors also)

I actually have NO IDEA where I got the E67=LS7 from...
At the time (in the other thread) I thought we were talking about other E67 cars/engines (such as the supercharged Northstar LC3, which is also E67 AFAIK) and the potential for common tuning solutions and I stated that the LS7 was also (from memory)an E67 which was wrong! and I continue to perpetuate that myth here...
If you say somehing enough, you start to believe it!

As you were...

Looking online it seems the "4.4L Northstar V-8 SC found on the Cadillac STS-V and XLR-V" also use the E67 which is the LC3 as you mentioned.
