Question SS/NA 2.4L with Trifecta Tune ?'s

Probably going to be getting my car tuned in a few weeks, was wondering how many people on here with the 2.4L have done so? I'm planning on getting the K&N short ram before this is done as well. and i already have a dealer i'm going to go through when it is time.

What HP gains have been seen with which mods?

Better gas milage?

Thanks for any input....

I want a tune on my car, but the guy that does the tuning wont even do my car until I have a wideband...

Another guy uses HP tuners and a dyno, he wants 200 for the tune, then 80 bucks/hr on the dyno

Awesome! Thanks sleeper! I have a wideband already, need to install it still but that will be on before I tune it. I ran a 15.66 stock. Was hoping I could get high 14's tuned

Yeah I like my Trifecta tune. It made a huge difference especially since I'm a auto.

it was a canned tune, then i did a data log, sent it back to vince to be tweaked(honestly didnt feel any big difference) but wanted to sqeeze everybit of hp i could out of the tune. for the do-it-yourselfer like me the trifecta tune was a great choice for me. If you really know your **** then get a hp tune. both are very good.

yep very easy to do just follow the instructions and your set. took like 10 mins for my car to be tuned which included the tcm(ecu for the auto tranny). then did my data log sent the file back to vince he teaked it uploaded it again via my laptop and flash cable and done. It was that easy. Car runs great none of that damn lag feeling it had when stock(which is worse for the auto 2.4's). All in all great product.

Has anyone tried or have a catless dp on their car? Just wonder if it would be worth anything on a NA car?

minimal gains because we really dont put out that much exhaust compared to sc or tcs, therefore the restriction a cat has is really small. also ive heard only one and it sounded like complete ****

I have had my car tuned by vince for 100,000 miles now and I love it. Amazing what a person can do without ever seeing the car.... Would recomend him to anybody...
