Im curious about details for the stage 2 kit plus the auto sc setup and also curious about the adapter and wiring adapter for the lsj throttle body on the 08s.

it probably costs close to the same to order 2bar MAPs in bulk as it does for them to fabricate some type of way to mount the stock 1BAR in the LSJ manifold anyway

Ok if you buy the kit and ask for an ECU (Engine Control Unit a.k.a ECM, M=Module) thats already programmed they charge you an extra $100-$200. Once you receive the kit w/ the ECU install it and swap the stock ECU with the one that came with the kit.
Then send stock ECU that you pulled out of the car and send it back to ZZP (I believe there is a 14 day grace period) and they will refund that extra $100-$200 you spent for the ECU.

Hmm ok
Same here. My father thinks I should go turbo. But I think it's just too much more involved. They constantly need rebuilding, gotta change the entire exhaust system, just sounds like headaches. SC you slap it on the belt and call it a day

So, we haven't figured out yet if this will work for an auto? I'd assume, but I'm just slightly worried about fitment. There are s/c'd 2.4's out there, so I'd assume it'd work just fine..
Just a few questions though..
1) Do you need to buy anything else?
2) Would you buy any other gauges for this aside fro ma boost gauge? I know that a wide-band AFR is always suggested when boosting.. Anything else?
3) How upgradeable is this kit? Would you really do anything to it before bolting it on? I'm not looking to get 500hp, but rather just use it as a daily driver with *****. So a mild pulley, etc is fine..
4) Can you change the washer fluid, etc to the other side so you can use a standard aftermarket s/c intake with this kit instead of that little stumpy one?
5) It sounds like this kit is easier to install than the stock LSJ kit because of a few things already being done so you don't need to change (belt, pulley, etc), this true? Still figure on installation taking a day? Could you install this with basic knowledge of working on cars? I know it said basic tools are all that's necessary..
6) Any recommended settings when tuning or just whatever you'd normally do?
7) Any possible option of having a price to do an install and tune like you have for the turbo kit?
I'm very interested in this kit, and would like to possibly purchase over the summer. Just trying to get some info on it first.. I see this just came out. haha I like how this kit is already assembled instead of having to track down a billion small parts..
Thanks!!!

Yeah, I think we need a few pieces of info from ZZP on this..
I mean, they have it installed, so it must work.. But I'd assume you'd still need to get a few things for it - gauges at least..
Anyone actually buy this kit yet?
