I love my HAHN Kit..too an extent.

The tune is iffy....its too inconsistant.

One day she'll be runnin like a champ...the next day she feel's a little less power.

However, so far ive raced (and havnt lost yet to anyone)

EVO, SRT4, Mustang(02' GT & '05 GT), Camaro Z28.

All were decently modified.

Im not trying to pass this off as the fastest car on the site...just stating that those who ive toyed with have yet to beat me.

The joys of the turbo system, is its easily upgradable, via HAHN, or by yourself.

Want more power? Get a better tune and crank up the boost.

I have yet to try a boost controller with HAHN's tune. id hate to set it for 0psi (for example), then when/if i get on it...it pushes the 70psi fuel (if i were under full boost).

That was my problem too as you know!

If interested in a 100% reliable tune for it, my tuning guy is going to offer them for sale. Note: you will need to also buy 60# injectors.

does anyone actually know anything about the actual turbo they are using. IE) turbine/compressor wheel size, A/R, housing size, diameter, surge levels, max boost, bearings used? or are you all just buying out of a catalogue and hope it all works. A little research can help you save a lot of money over buying one of those kits. Plus you will know what parts you have used when you drive it. Thus actually know the capability of your setup.

I did a lot of turbo reaserch before I purchased the complete kit. Mapped out several turbos and compared them to my engine/power wants.

man for 220whp youp can supercharge...your more than halfway there. don't get the brackets from rebel. Call fred @ smg. He makes better brackets. then all you need is a stg2 belt, misc vac lines and some electrical tape/solder. find a tuner...or have smg email you one for a couple bucks, flash it, tweak it and call it a day. my completely stock 2.4 dynoed 228whp (~$2000). now ive got zzp header/dp should be closer to 235. look at beck...he went to a 3.0" and netted 254whp. not enough? go stage3+ clutch (500+ 2.8" w/hub $200) and for $2700 you have 280whp.
