You will get no where towards a turboed ride with only 1k.

10psi with all those mods I don't think would be a problem, I wouldn't go any higher. Just remember to change your oil every 3000 miles after the turbo. The higher cylinder pressures lead to fater contamination of the oil.

doing your own ic/piping wont be that bad...hell the intercooler ive already gotten rigged up and tested on the car(without taking th bumper off) and it fits perfect and looks great...now the piping as far as compressor side of the ic should be easy..but on the throttle body side its looking like its going to bea bitch

I paid $1000 for the time to retune my car to work without the parts and the tune that Hahn provided. I talked to Bill about it and he had no interest is what we did with my car.

My tune is available from Vince at Trifecta Performance for much less than I paid to have it made. PM me for more information on the tune and what you need to make it work as an alternative.

No, I haven't done much with my car at all except finish the tune. I am sort of taking a break for now on it!

Kewl, kewl. Mine actually pulls harder and better now. Remember how loud it was at WOT? Exhaust problem, which is now fixed.

So you are no longer running the port fueler that came in the hahn kit? You tuned the car with just the 60's right? Also are you still running it as a draw through turbo setup or did you convert it to a blow through?

I am only using the port fueler to maintain the stock fuel pressure as I damaged the stock fuel pressure regulator installing the original kit. I am running 60's now at the OEM 58psi.

With my tune you could run the kit without any fuel system mods except the 60# injectors.

Not sure what you mean by blow through? I didn't change any of the charge piping if that helps!

I was just asking where you had the MAF located, if you have not changed the piping you are running a draw through set up since it is before the turbo, blow through would be after the turbo.

Mason if you're looking for reliability maybe a s/c would be a better idea.

if you're only looking for 220 and reliable and cheap either get nitrous.. the m62 redline setup... or a full na build with cams .. and you'll get there with all of them and be reliable.. or just an ebay turbo setup like trix.. it's not worth buying a kit if you're looking for only a mear 50-75 hp depending on other mods
