Turbo Tech Racing Releases Transmission Bushing Kits!

We have completed fitment on our transmission bushings for the 2005-07 Cobalt.

We have 2 styles, both the Manual and Automatic transmission bushings. They are both avaliable is Red, Blue and Black. They also come with color, easy to follow, instructions, for a quick and simple install.

Here is a direct link to this new product:

http://turbotechracing.com/productca...idproduct=5068

You will know you are getting genuine polyurethane bushings, as all of our “Turbo Tech Racing” branded bushings is engraved into our molds with “Turbo Tech Racing.” This is known to many of you who have the Cobalt upper mount, which also has “Turbo Tech Racing” right in the bushing, if you have not noticed take a look

Post any questions you have.

The transmission ones are "inserts" to replace the soft OEM bushings. The upper mount we sell is a complete replacement

If we had 20 that would like the bushings made for the 2004 redlines, as the bushings are a different size we can, however with the mold charge and such we need at least 20..

the stock mount itself is important to the "breakaway" feature that allows the engine to drop in the event of a crash.

The installation is very easy I would rate it about a 2 or 3 max on a 1(easy) to 10(hard) scale. I was one of the testers for this product and had to do installation instructions so I will try and convert it tonight for the forums

EDIT
Here is a link to the PDF Installation Guide I made (56K No Way): http://www.freewebs.com/hirccmi/Bush...stallation.pdf

Are these the same things that were already made for 2.0 SS/SC guys? If so I have them and they are nice. No track time with them yet and vibrations are not bad after they break in. At first I had a hell of a time getting used to them. Now the vibrations are minimum. TTR thanks for being such a good vendor for us. I have now purchased many things through you guys. Great service!

^^^ More in the works also The more support we get on the items we manufacture, and even the pre manufactured items like Injen, SPEC, Exedy, Corsa, Vibrant, the more we sell to the cobalt group the more time we can devote to making more NEW parts

thanks, that's what I thought, you need to lift the car, have jack stands, etc.

I'll skip that one.

No more work than changing the oil. You should use jack stands when doing that as well. This mod is very easy to do.
