What do you do past this step (S/C)

I was following this walkthrough (very very handy) but then he just sort of stopped taking pics https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/how-...1/index11.html

So what the hell do I do past here lol. do I just slap the LSJ Idler pulley assembly on my block? I think I'm a big buggered with routing the intercooler to as I have no clue how the hell you do that, God damn...

*frustrated*

Ill try to help you out as best as I can. If I'm way off with explaining, try to be a little more specific with your question and if you can post up some pictures with the trouble your having.

When I put a blower on my 2.4, I was planning on making it very detailed. Well, I got about halfway done with it and I just forgot to take pictures because I just wanted to get her done.

The LSJ idler pulley bolts to where your factory tensioner bolts to. Although beck's and I think hunterkiller's thread had a bolt length to buy for the LSJ idler, I found that it didn't fit and was too long. So the factory one was used. When putting the idler on, make sure the little dowel pin dealie guy is in the hole in the block.

By the "routing of the intercooler" do you mean all the coolant hose routing?
*route all this with the blower off the car-I forgot to do that and it kinda sucked**

When I routed my lines. I went from:
1) Lower fitting of the heat exchanger-->intake of the bosch pump
-I ran it across the front cross bar of the front subframe
2)The Exit of the pump to the endplate
-I have dual pass, if you do... Get a Y fitting for where the two outs connect
3)Exit of the endplate(across towards the passenger side between radiator and the block)
to a T fitting for the reservoir tank
4) From T fitting to the upper fitting on the heat exchanger

I would have loved to have some really good pictures, but the problem is that there isn't much room to take detailed pictures and by this point in the build, most people are at the **** it stage and just want to get their cars done.

I have some pictures of my build:

ok well that still helps, the resevoir for the Intercooler goes in the top corner and feeds to the pump?

correct, but not directly to the pump. if your doing a standard "option B" setup
The reservoir just Ts into the pluming to help maintain a proper coolant amount in the system and helps with bleeding the system.

here is how I have mine routed basically

and here are a couple other shots

This is what I will be doing as soon as I can get my weird misfire figured out
