qft... stock with a good driver a 2.4 can run a 15.5 or so... so if you add ~20 WHP then you should be in the 14s flytrap on ion forums was at 15.01 mind you at the time he wasn't tuned either but

lol well with intake and exhuast im at 15.3-4 so i mean i dunno lol. but yea agreed. run the full track, no formulas. because each car has different gear ratios.. so it could easily be miscalculating.

the more i read this forums, the more im thinking i shouldve just gotten a used grandprix GTP or GXP. The drivetrain loss is so much for us, compared to say a civic Si.

Yes yes here i go comparing the 2.4 to the si again, but damn 140ish whp stock and 140ish wtq is too much power too loose in my honest opinion.

i honestly have no idea. but i know people who run like 15.4 here and go to cecil county and run 14.9-15.0s... its rediculous that or like this track just sucks and you cant get traction lol.. its maple grove

hmm..i wish i had 4gs kicking around, let alone the install and all the tuning thatll have to be taken into consideration which is gonna cost more money. Plust considering boosting a stock block n/a car, might have negative implications later on.

yeah i just wish we had oppurtunities to reach atleast 190whp n/a that would be sweeeet.

QFT, Wind speed, temperature of air, temperature of track, elevation, driver error...you won't know for sure untill its actually run, however an estimate can be made that should be close to the correct time. I'd like to see you get 1/4 mile times and find out the percent error of your calculations cause i think that would be interesting... i'm kinda a nerd

when is ur kit arriving? and whose installing it for you?

edit: id definetly like to see how much gains u see with your car. Also as far as eveyday driveability goes how your mpg gets effected and i know for sure your dealer will be carrying a pitchfork and some knives when u show up for warranty work

how about long term? as per tuning, parts breaking and stuff like that, hahn is gonna support u with that i guess? well id assume theyd tune u car atleast if u buy the system from them. from what i know boosted cars esp. aftermarket boosted have to get a tune up every month or so, in order to keep producing optimium power.

No not really. Say someone dyno's at a "generous" dyno, then goes and runs at a crap track and gets a crap time. All dynos and tracks vary. Tracks are more acurate as dyno operators can fudge numbers with just a few setting changes to the dyno.

Yeah i ran a 15.3 @91, my 1/8th mile for that run was a 10.0 @72 compared to my local 1/8th time in my sig of 9.6@74 goes to show how tracks are different also.

I was also interested to see dyno #'s and track times. Has any done a real 14 sec pass? My elevation sucks and I know I could do it if it weren't for that.

By the way Psykosteveo did my tune and did a great job. Have had no problems.

I ran 15.04@92.8mph. My 60 ft was 2.19. Mods at the time were intake, exhaust, sportlines.
