Don't know if I'll he the money for built P&P head, minimum of springs and studs

Hey HHR panel man, when you start the build I prolly tell
My boss to suck it and take Friday, Saturday, or Sunday off from work and drive up to give you those parts and pick up your stock head if you would be willing to sell it.
Drive is bout 4 hours, I can prolly make it in 3-3.5 hours

Any of you guys have an idea on what the stock 2.4 can handle as far as boost wise? I can't find a decent answer. I've read anywhere from 8-12. What are you guys running?

Im rolling 14-15psi on TVS; Never even pulled valve cover yet

from what I have heard, mostly the RPMs that'll get you in trouble and not really the boost

My **** sees 7K at least once a day though

I'm running 8psi on the ZZP stage 2 turbo kit with everything else stock. I don't know how far I can push it. I rarely ever get it close to 7k though haha. But I don't have my KY Stage 3 clutch in yet.. I might see more 7k's here soon haha. My stock clutch slips 3rd-5th in boost. :/

I'd love to have you onboard with my install, since you have already done it before. Was planning on the first week of January, but may Delay it until mid or end of January.
Winter SUCKS! And i'd be Tempted to drive my Panel once installed, I Park my HHR Panel for the Winter because the salt reeks havok on all the polished stainless steel pieces I have.

Still got those parts, thought maybe you sold em locally by now. I'll still take em both.

To be honest, I don't have any plans on selling off my stock OEM Head right now.
But if that changes, i'd give you First dibs on it.

I have kept all on my stock parts from all my mods, so I could swap my Panel back to OEM at any time. Don't plan on ever selling my car, but you never know and putting all back to stock makes for better/easier trade ins at new car dealers.

Have a look at my build thread, I have parts listed and plenty of pics. Link in my Sig line.

I will be doing the install at a buddy of mines Shop. I just redid all his vinyl sign work for him, so the use of his shop for my install was our Trade off. He has 3 Lifts at his shop.

So I won't be doing my install out in my driveway in the cold and snow if there is any.

I have a $1500 budget for 2013, nothing big planned.

BRFS
maybe ID 720s ($500!!! daymn)

Thinking I might do option 2 on zzps brfs, keep fuel rail pressure lower and static until boost then 1:1, between that and the Injector Dynamics 720s I should give myself a gold plated fueling setup. If I dont drop the 5 bills for the injectors I may try the same using my deka 60ies and see how it goes with my IDCs.

I'd like powells Spherical CABS, probably need new ball joint, tonnes of little things that will eat the budget pretty quick.

Aiight; Yes I have the parts, figured Id just drive up there. I'm planning on getting a head built up and just swap everything over to minimize the downtime

Plan on finally doing my clutch. It's so bad at this point I can't accelerated more than 1/3 throttle or I get ridiculous slip. I'll probably throw on the ZZP longtubes I bought at that point also. And I was thinking about doing E85 for ***** and gigs, see if it does anything

I can't believe you haven't changed it out yet. Sub'd for can't drive up hill because clutch slips. E85 make racecar. You will like the power...and hate the annoyance of looking for e85 stations and seasonal blends.

I am waiting for a performance autowerks intercooler and hf downpipe. After spring gets here going to install those, get tuned and finally get some power out of this lame ass LNF. Very likely getting tuned by term, unless I have the patience to learn another pcm.

While its parked I am going to polish some bits under the hood so it looks a little nicer.

Also finally sending Mark some straps for that meth kit
