well i was driving on the road on my way to work when i see a blue wrx on my rear view mirror flying up to catch up to me and he slows down and says " you wanna go when we get to the light". Well he took off really fast to get to the light..(the funny part is thtat on his way to the light he almost nailed this lexus coming out of parking lot). So when i reach him at the light..being a nice guy of me..i said " hey are you ok..u almost got ur self killed man"..He said " Im ok...and then i said " yo i dont waanna raced you killed me man"..he started to laiugh and we were both on our ways...when he made his turnned he wave good bye to me...He was a nice guy probably in his late 20's or early 30's....

 

i dont get it. so all that happend is you got to a light and you said you didnt wanna race and you guys turned different ways?

 

yea man ...i get killed...plus 2 min s later on the same road a cop pulled a talon over ...so thank god we didnt races...he would killed me and he had a catback ..that was the only mod i seen visually

ehh i dont like it, i dont want it. with the back window being as small as it is, the wing is just in the way. even when i boost mine im not gonna get the wing. but im gonna get a turbocharged badge to put under the SS.

 

I still would have raced though just cause something is hard or damn near impossible dont mean you shouldnt try your best .....thats how i live life

 

exactly, i like to race no matter what, even tho so far i havent lost in my cobalt. i dont back down, in my integra i raced a 13 second VW lol and i was running 15s lol. i didnt care, i just appreciate it as the car walks me around the track

My roomate has an '06 STI w/ basic bolt ons and a close friend of mine has an '06 WRX w/ basic bolt on's..........

both would own my ass and still have time to stop and smell the roses along the way!

Anybody know where you could get a wing like a 2004 GTO? It's almost like the one we have, but it's a little wider and extends out over the trunk lid...

sarchastic remark............yes..........but also true. Might have to trim it and re-do the edges to make it look right, but then you could say "I have a modified authentic GTO spoiler!!!..........oooooooooohh yeaaaaaaaahhh!"

 

Yeah, I just really love that wing on the GTO and i think - given the right size - it would look perfect on the Cobalt and would flow with the lines so much better than SS/SC wing.

I mean, if you look at it against the ss/na wing (or as the 2.0 fucktards like to call it, the base wing..) they are extremely similar already.. just the GTO wing is a bit more aggressive.

I don't care if I have to get one made custom, that bitch will be on my car.

Hey - I put the ss/sc owners in two categories.

Those who drive and love their SS Supercharged, and those who's mommy bought them a 2.0l and they think it's the best car, ever in the world times a billion... and everyone's else's car is totally trash.

**** is just irritating since outside of the engine bay, we are 99% the same as you..

and to the average human there's no difference between the $13,000 base model with crank down windows and the G85 when they see it on the highway...
