It needs new shocks/struts....I wanna replace my scratched b-pillar vinyl.....who knows how much life my stock clutch has on it.....needs a wash/wax/claybar session.....my drivers size mat has a hole the size of Texas in it from pedal wear.....bah, shes a mess. Who knows....maybe once I get back on my feet and get a job and can MAYBE take care of a few of these things, I might change my mind. But right now my car matches me.....down in the dumps, lol.

weaksauce i used to mod a 130k+ cavy..suck it up

and it looks like my current direction will be

vulcan intake manifold w/velocity stacks
Dynotune 75 shot of nitrous
Trifecta retune. ill be going toward this after i get the cams in.

Lol, my first car was an '88 RX-7. Got it with 62k original miles on it. When I sold it I had 98k on it. It was a ticking timebomb to the guy I sold it to. And yes, I was heavily modified when I sold it.

Good to know I'm not the only one with an SS n/a... I'll be interested to see what kind of an increase those cams give you. I'm new at all this, but from what I've been reading on here I picked a great first car as far as options for parts and such.

NO, those are 2.2 cam bolts...you need 2 ea PN 11588279 -- these are the cam bolts for the 2.4 cams with actuators (VVT)

best update so far.... I got my trifecta tune and i absolutely love it..car pulls sooo much harder now..i can feel the difference in the low end and top end.. i have a street by my house that i use to gauge my mods and i usually dont get to 100 before i hit the street before mine.. i went from 2nd and got to about 120 or so i know its alot improved..plus the tq steer in 1-3rd gears went up alot haha.. i love the tune!

cams were 330. lifters 220...

i didnt get to do the 1/4 but with my bolt ons and tuning i got a 9.8 on the 8th mile yesterday...thats with the spare and jack in the car and HORRID wind.. (reason why we were doin 8ths.) I know i could hit lower, i just wasnt used to the new power.. im looking to going this weekend to run the quarter here this weekend with my club cuz we're all mad about running 8ths..

Call CED 1-800-441-5150 and they can get them for you if you can't get them local -- any GM dealer can get them...

good...im at the big wait now.. i got my tune from trifecta already.. my car pulls fairly hard..i gotta pay off a ticket so the dyno may have to wait till after i cam. but right now its just the waiting game..plus my cars been getting painted for a week and a half..had to get my custom job re-done cuz the shop's prep was weak and it was flaking
