Zdeuce4 have you gotten to run at the track yet? dynos are nice but 1/4 is where its at. power is useless if you can't drive or get it to the ground.

u got a less modded 08... thats wut freakin upsets me... either ur a freak driver, ur track prep is superb, or 08s are rated at whp kinda like ss/sc's.

A full bolt on and tune 2.4 should be able to hit those numbers as well.. we'll see..its looking like rain all week. so keep an eye out for next wednesday..thats the momeny of truth.. i think i can hit that 14.7!

elecblue's in the running too.. im hoping i get slight better luck..im running my friends stock rsx-s so im hoping him bein in the other lane will help me focus on winning and knocking out those 14s

Thanks................ I guess , but to ease the pain, I have only broken into the 14s once. I have run countless 15.0xx @ 93+ mph. I tend to get my 60' times in the high 2.2 and low 2.3 range. MIR does prep their track vary well, as I have said before I can launch at near 3,000 rpm basically dropping the clutch (sometimes). As for power I will dyno again on April 26th with only my intake. But stock my numbers are in my sig. But I am hoping you get nicely into the 14s. I want to know its possible.

bring it on buddy I really want my dashhawk and to talk to the LS2-edit guys to see if that tuning software really works for the 08s. If it does you all are going down.

yeah but if you bottom end is that bad then it doesn't matter about your topend. I know a NA car just doesn't pull to hard on the topend. Anyways you are boosting shortly so what does it matter.

No, not normally but If the track is holding it and there isn't wheel hop I will try around 3K, but normally just below 2500-ish with feathering the clutch

^^ make sure you get a lot of chrome on them, and you know you want to add like 4 10'' subs in the back right.

I suppose. I never race my car though, so i'm not really that concerned about weight or rolling mass. I had my stock 17"s, then 18"s Enkeis........and I thought both sets just looked too small with the big body of these cars. Plus the stock 17"s were sucked in so far.....I dunno, I just ended up being happy with 19"s finally. I was planning on getting some drag radials for two of my stock 17"s......but my money needs to go elsewhere these days. My car is a daily driver.........not a show car or a race car.....so my 19"s suffice for what I use them for......driving....lol.

tracklites are kind of ugly but I have me some ultra-lite wheels in the waiting once I get a nice savings for them. I need to keep them a secret; but they are around 15lbs each. I am also going to get a CF hood and trunk.
