ZZP Header & DP noise???
#26
im gonna say its just rasp/cylinders firing more audible from better/larger/thinner parts
if its a leak, it'd be audible at idle/low rpms too, start it(when cold if possible), pop the hood and stick your head in there over/near the header and listen for ticking. and or put it on jacks/ramps and do the same thing to check the dp/cat back for noise

like i said before it is realy loud when i first start to drive it or if i drive it and the car has been sitting a couple of days. but it calms down as it warms up. never hear any vibrations before 3k rpm though

My 3 inch exhaust knocks against the axle or something when I downshift, other then that it's fine. It does change tone above 3k or so but I wouldn't call it a vibration and it sounds good still.

Got my friends opinoin at an exaust shop. says its the muffler. its being caused because the hi-flow cat is like 1/2 the size of the stock one therefore far less restrictive. im going to give corsa a call and see if this would be included with there lifetime warentee for a replacement muffler
