3rd gen projectors (how great my experience was)
I recently bought a set of 3rd gen projectors off the 4 sale section. I was told they were new and only on the vehicle for 2 weeks. I recieved them like new like said. The sale included an hid kit as well I hook it all up and I can't get one hid to fire. After troubleshooting the bulb was broke. I was really upset. Not to mention I can't get one of the halos to work. I contact 3b and was told there are interverters inside for the halo and can be fixed but several months because they would need to be sent to the manufacture. I asked if it was poosible to buy just one. We worked out a deal and I couldn't believe the customer service, best I have ever recieved. I also had to buy a new hid kit so I picked one up for the fogs as well. ( not to mention the idiot bought the wrong kit for the projectors) moral of the story. Order from 3 b you won't have any issues and shipping is almost next day. They responded extremely fast and took care of all my issues even though I bought the stuff used from some moron. It's definatly worth it!
Thanks to everyone at 3b spec!

I bought my 3rd gens from 3Bspec aswell
When I first had them all wired up I was having trouble with the drivers side HID's and after troubleshooting with 3B on the phone we determined that it was the ballast. They replaced my ballast quickly and without question.
Shortly after that one of my LEDs burnt out and they sent me 6 new ones to replace 1 burnt one just incase the color didnt match perfectly, when I recieved the LEDs it turns out that they were a little to big (news to 3B because they just starting selling the LED seperatly). So they sent me another 6 different sized ones within the week free of charge...
3B spec is awesome!
Thanks 3B.... Hanh in particular!
