LED Bulbs Clearance - Early Spring Cleaning
Doing some early spring cleaning on some overstocked parts. The webstore's setup to prevent backorders on just about everything except the cluster gauge bulbs. So if you order more than what's in stock, it'll cut you off at the stocking limit.
If you don't know the bulb sizes for your car, PM or email us at sales@3bspec.com; we need to know your vehicle's make/model/year, and how many bulbs and where. IE: (2) bulbs up front overhead, (1) in the back, (2) doors, (1) in the trunk, on say... 2008 Honda Accord 2-Door.
The full clearance catalog is posted online at 3BSpec.com or just click on one of the pictures below. When they go out of stock, they're out.

The mirror/map lights are also T10's, but we did cram a couple of 12-SMD panel into them and it's a really tight fit... but also ridiculously bright.
Let's see...
License plates, any of these will work:
Vision Tech: T10 / 194, 1-Watt Bulbs, White (pr)
Vision Tech: T10 / 194, 4-SMD LED Bulb, White (ea)
Vision Tech: LED T10 / 194, 5-SMD, White
Dome Lights; same as above or if you're adventurous:
3BSpec: Universal LED Panel, 12-LED, White (ea)
The switchbacks are online, but not under clearance. Mostly an issue of keeping them in stock. The bulk of what's on clearance is from a canceled shop order. The 3157-Switchback's are $33.99 at the moment.
3BSpec: 3157 / 4157, 60-SMD Switchback Bulb, White (pr)

I forgot that we had these. They're from a different manufacturer than we normally use, but there's 10 sets that are ready to go.

Same style, same number of LEDs, same operation (still a switchback); just a completely different manufacturer than the guys we normally use.
Dome light is a 561 or 42mm festoon LED bulb.
So, any of these: Festoon 42mm
Or a universal panel: 3BSpec: Universal LED Panel, 12-LED, White (ea)
The panel has an adapter to plug straight in.

do the led bulbs need resistors for them?
like the rear view mirror lights? will they dim out after i shut the door?
I really would like the the rear view mirror bulbs, trunk, and license plate.

Rear View Mirror (Map Light): T10
3BSpec: LED T10 / 194, 4-SMD, Blue (ea)
Vision Tech: LED T10 / 194, 5-SMD, Blue
License Plate: T10

Oddly enough there's no bulb listing for the trunk, but when we used to have one I really want to say that it was a 194/T10 style LED bulb. I would poke your head back under there and verify. I know when we did ours though we just used a panel LED. But we do not have those in blue at this time. If it's a fuse, then it's a festoon 42mm. If it's a T10 bulb, we also have them.
As for 100 lumens being too bright... That's honestly a new one. Usually you have to be worried about getting a ticket for having blue (neon blue) license plate lights. You could probably use the T10-4SMD style bulb though if you're worried about them being too bright. They're a good medium level brightness (bright enough to replace the bulbs in there now without being overwhelming).
As for the LEDs staying on when the doors are shut and staying lit dimly; we noticed this on the Cobalt we had here for a while (we jammed the 12-SMD panels in there because I'm blind). There was no battery drain effect though and it typically went away after a couple hours. You have to remember, there's very little power required to fire an LED bulb. What's happening is the car is turning the power off and the LEDs are pulling whatever residual power still in the wire. It happens on a lot of cars. If it is a major concern, I would suggest running something to the tune of a 5-watt resistor on the interior dome light wires.

Whats the brightest 194 style bulb you have? I have the 921 (think thats the right number) led bulb from superbrightleds.com and they were dimmer than factory (and honestly too blue) was wanting something brighter than stock (like 2-3w maglite level would be nice lol)
For those wondering about the maplights and license plate lights get one of the smd style 194s (think I have a 5 smd) and you will love it. I have a basic generic white 194 led bulb for a license plate light. its noticeable but doesnt stand out.

3BSpec: T15 / 921 - 13 SMD, White (pr) (<< That's in pairs by the way)
We got those in for the Lexus peeps locally. Are they brighter than most every 194 bulb? Yep. Is it brighter than stock? Nope. Simple lighting metric; if you want a brighter reverse light you're either sticking with a blue halogen bulb.
The 3rd gens use two SMD LED's mounted at the bottom of each halo. They're not directly replaceable without disassembling the headlights.

921/T15 LED bulbs use the same base as a T10/194 LED bulb. So technically you can stick any T10 bulb into any T15 socket. The only thing you should be concerned about is "Will this bulb fit the actual housing?"
