Ive had the catless version since it was first released. No problems, then again, Im tuned for not having a cat. The angled O2 bung should prevent a CEL from being set. It fits perfect and goes on without a hitch. Quality product and I highly recommend it Not to mention that it has extra bungs already built in if you ever want to run any other aftermarket sensors.

i recommend the zzp.
just my opinion.
modern performance is awesome too though. anything i ever bought from them i got really quick. but i've only bought a hand ful of things. never really anything majorly performance based.

I love the MPx DP, i have the catted version. Sounds great, looks great. I love the provisions already supplied. Fitment was excellent. No CEL on a GMS1 car.

Go MPx you wont regret it.

I have the catted version. It throws code P0420. Added an angled O2 defouler, and now it throws P013E.

Fitment was good though.

Thank you guys for your support.

The catted and non catted downpipes are selling well for us and we've had great success with testing our downpipe on our 09 Cobalt.

You are doing something wrong. Which bung did you install it on? There are people running catless and not getting CELs

GMS1 tunes out the CEL for downstream oxygen sensor doesnt it ? So technically ALL downpipes would have no check engine light (even without cat) with the GMS1.

This is the first time I've heard of this. Any proof to support this ?

It absolutely does not remove codes P0420 or P013. Modern Performance is totally confused about this. I know because I sent multiple emails about their downpipe throwing P0420 on GMS1. I asked them multiple times if their car was tuned to remove cat codes, and got no answer on that.

They agreed to send me one of two types of defoulers. I asked for the straight one. They sent me the J style one, and then claimed to never carry the straight one, yet the straight one is clearly listed in the initial email they sent me, and it's on their website.

This is not the downpipe to get if you're not custom tuned. In fact, I will go as far as saying you should stick to the Hahn if you are staying stock or GMS1 tune.

I am very satisfied with mine! I have the Catless version. Never thrown any code. Even before I got Vince to turn off the sensor. They also send me the vibrant O2 defouler 1 month after the DP was installed because it was out of stock at the moment of my purchase; but since it never threw any code I never installed the defouler. The only thing that confused me was; they send you a picture with a diagram explaining where to connect O2 and on the picture the suggested O2 bung is at the opossite side of the stock one, (so the cable crosses over the dp to the other side) anyways I connect it where it says and never got any problems. Sounds great cant wait to buy the catback from them.

On a second matter I am a very satisfied customer they get A+ in order processing and delivery time. I live in Puerto Rico and all of my orders have been here with in 3 days of my purchase.
