lets see those drag setups

Lets see those drag setups, i am talking lSJ's and LNFs. I want to see stock tc wheels with bike slicks,Drag radials, 15in slicks, Skinnys in the back (ie spare wheels with skinny street tires on them) chains, footballs, weight reduction and what ever else you guys have done in order to get quick.

my car stock, footballs only.

I am wanting Bike slicks with some chains in the front and another spare wheel so i and put street tires on them and run them in the back. ( i am not sure if the spare wheel thing can work i just thought it would help over all, as most hardcore fwd racers use skinnys in the back for less rolling resistance)

Nice Setups, i thought about throwing on used 275 drag radials on some 17's for a while, but when my trans cranked at 12,950 miles on stock tires with 3 drag strips visits, i changed my mind

thats driver there...or just a bad trans. i made over 200 passes on street tires, stock trans/clutch/axles/mounts and never broke anything. then another 100 or so on solid upper mount and powell rotated trans mounts. never broke anything.

Yeah i made a solid 100 passes last year on street tires and stock axles/clutch and trans. Unfortunately clutch took a hit replaced that slapped on a pair of slicks, launched at 3k and broke the axle. Good Stuff

How hard of a mission are we talking? About about 2 seconds away from clicking purchase on these 275/40/17 NT05R's

Old setup. 16" wheels, Mickey Thompson 26x10.5x16, New setup will be on hoosiers just under 25" tall, still on 16s though.

right before the light goes you chuck a football at the other car to distract him and ultimately win the race.
