those bearings are gonna be to tight and your gonna need to get the crank sized to them. polished at least. thats why i kept the stockers...
yes you should def get the balance shaft delete by "level zero motorsports"
if the motor is out do it!
that turbo will be fine. little laggy for the goal/application but it will do.
no-one like mitsu's or what........
12 month/unlimited mileage warranty
Outstanding response: full boost by 3500 RPM, matches ball-bearing turbo performance at an affordable price
Killer top-end performance: pulls hard all the way to redline
World-class efficiency from ultramodern design wheels and housings, not dated 1960s technology like T3-T4
Specifically designed to fit Cobalt when combined with other Hahn components (shown below)
Super-efficient, dependable internal wastegate
15 PSI boost standard, can be combined with a boost controller for higher boost levels
Does not require coolant lines
Easily rebuildable, super-durable journal bearing design, does not require factory servicing like expensive ball-bearing units
Effective and efficient to over 30 PSI boost
H TU-3100 $899.99

hey hip, can you tell me more about these balance shaft deletes?
are they hard to put in? and is it "easy" to see how they go in place?
the rod bearings are stock by the way, i just replaced them, i forgot to mention that.

what ever stock fuel pressure is. iam assuming its 50psi correct. i plan on running at 20 21 pounds of boost, for highway runs and track. and 15 or so for daily driving. how do you calculate the duty cycle? so ill be fine with the 60 lbs injectors? or should i go with the 79lbs, walbaro 255lph for room to play with? i also heard the 79lbs are a bitch to tune?
http://www.stealth316.com/2-calc-idc.htm
According to the graph in the middle of this page, you would be at 70% at 7000 rpms, so would still have a bit of cushion. I think the 79# injectors would be overkill, would have to cut the on time way down, not sure how hard it would be to tune them though. I will try to find the specs on the stock fuel pump to see if you would exceed the specs or not. I also looked at the Turbo Compressor Map and at 20psi you would be in the target area... might have a little lag at 3250, but not much.
