Competition Strategy

Greetings to all who want to express their opinions! I would like to exchange opinions about an issue that concerns me. How do you choose between solo and group classes? This has always been an interesting choice for me, and I'd love to know which you prefer and why.

For example, I bought human growth gormone through https://misterolympia.shop/product/s...ectrum-pharma/. It has really helped me in gaining muscle mass and improving my recovery after workouts. Group exercise combined with proper nutrition and supplements has been the best option for me to achieve my fitness goals.
This is a very interesting topic of conversation

Personally, I lean toward solo workouts because they allow me to focus on my needs and goals. I can tailor the workouts to me without the distraction of others. However, I realize that group classes can be a great option for many. To each their own!
