Clear Bra Info
I have recieved several questions on this topic so i thought i would start a thread on it. I
purchased it from Xpel through a local dealer. All info on the Bran and to find dealers check
out this site>>>XPEL I paid $611.68 w/ install and taxes.
It looks good. J.D. and Skoshi has seen it in person so they can tell you the same. Any questions??

I hear it is like $1000 (cdn) total buy it all and have it installed.
I hate bras, they are ugly and a pain in the ass to change and clean in the winter. So I was thinking this may be a worthwile investment to protect the paint. Can you see the bra on the car, or do you have to look really close? I have heard it is not as shinny, and looks funny. And what kind of price is involved? Do you know if they stand up to cold temperatures (It gets down to -35 Celcius here sometimes)?
If you have any good pics, can you send them. I looked at those linked in your sig, and couldn't tell whether that is how good it blends in, or if that was before the clear bra was put on!
Hopefully you will have some time to reply.
Thanks,
Dustin

Its definitly a good thing to do if you are worried about getting stone chips or are in a place whee you do get alot of stone chips.
The price is stated above in american dollars.
The only pics that show it in my sig are the ones from autocross, you can't even tell its on there but i will get some more new ones when i get my rims before too long.
It does look a little different, i wouldn't say not a shiney, the only place you can see it is at the edges. When i meet up at car meets it usually takes a minutef for people to notice that i even have one, it doesn't stick out very much.
It gets below 0 here and i ahve seen no problem with it, they should have on their site some specs for it and if there are any problems with it in very cold weather. You could also ask a local dealer since they would have more info.
