What do you guys think about the HID's on ebay?

Do you think they are good to buy? I'm really thinking about buying them.

I dont know about the high/lowbeam (kinda defeats the purpose of HID and the bulbs provided dont say anything about dual chamber or dual bulb) but the kit looks good. You should also check out some of the people on the forums that sell HID kits. Halo kit by uneek was pretty sweet, have it on my car.

Yeah but those kits are out of my budjet and I really don't want to spend a lot of money on them. They are like $400 for one kit. If I could get a good kit on ebay, both the foglights and headlights would cost me around $400 total.

I want 6000k's. My friend has 4300 on his evo and they look ok but are somewhat whitish. I want the bluish effect but not too blue.

Should I just do the single beam hid's then?? I don't usually use my high beams but just the fact that my hi beams will be gone

Halo kit isnt that expensive.... I dont remember exactly what I paid for them but it was like 250 or less.

Personally I would do a HID kit. Really there is no sense in getting a HID kit that does high beam low beam because on our stock Headlight enclosures its not logical. Its not really going to be effective because a regular HID kit in the stock enclosure is already practically a low/high on 24/7, a high beam would probably add temporary blindness to all your victims.

I would get a set of silverstars or a higher kelvin then stock regular bulb for your fogs.

this keeps the whole project under 300 bucks.

oh yea I have the 6000K halo kit, love 6000 k!
