So are you guys are saying projector headlights with HID kits installed in them are no good?? I love the HID look but I'm new to the HID world really and been reading stuff for the past couple days but it's so much info. I just wanna do it right and not be the cause of death.

I've been looking at the projector headlamps you can buy and buy an HID for it. Some kind of plug and play thing, but I saw a few times in here that it isn't any good? I'm not really understanding it, but then again I never worked with HIDs before. So if I buy these headlamps then what should I do exactly?

2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt Halo LED Projector Black : Spec-D

These are the ones I'm looking to buy. They sell the HIDs with it for like an extra $150. I just want to make sure I'm not wasting my money on something that's gonna suck lol.

The light output will be better than stock with just the bulbs, but still not as good as a full on retrofit, and you'll be blinding some oncoming traffic with some glare..
