i was in the exact same situation as u my ss/sc came with the low spoiler and i was kinda pissed and it took a while for them to order the big one. about a month past and i started liking the smaller spoiler more and more and eventually i called in and canceled the order cuz now i luvs it. the big spoiler looks good on every color but black in my opinion (which i have) makes it look to slim and tall

I love the look of my high rise. Wingless also looks really nice and would attract much less attention. The only wing im not to fond of is the low-rise, but to each his own.

IMO the High Wing gives the Cobalt SS\SC the true look of a Tuner Car thats meant to go fast.

Actually, not to start a flame war, but due to the entire body kit on the SS/SC with the high mounted wing, we have a lower CD then an STi. Ours accouding to Chevrolet is .324 where as an STi is .33 - How big of a factor the wing plays in this I don't know but its interesting all the same.

Regards,

Ryan

It's a Chevy baby, not a Honda! I like 'em low- the high wing looks to ricey. If I can get the money, i'm gonna dress my car up like the american muscle it is.

cobalt ss is the farthest thing from american muscle (i4<- not muscle)... if you want classic american muscle buy the camero thats a bad ass car

Does either spoiler do anything for you downforce wise or are they just there to basically look cute?

GM put out some numbers about how much downforce the low and high generate, but at the end of the day it's FWD so how much it helps is really debatable . Anyone see Newman go backwards, rise 4 feet in the air and then turn upside down at Talladega....ya I've got a bad feeling our high-rise would cause us to do the same .

Hahaha I hope not... I think getting slammed on your roof like that without roll bars would flatten one of these things! lol

Anybody have one of these? Im curious how it looks seeing the whole car...
