I don't know much about the m62 but is that your map sensor on top of it? why is nothing hooked up to it?

Correct, it is the 2.0 LSJ sensor. It will not work as a 2.2 MAP sensor. It was included with the ZZP kit just to be used as a plug because the 2.2 MAP sensor needs to be getting a reading from the intake manifold.

Also yeah the wire coming out of the fuse box lol, well my engine bay isn't clean but it works so yeah haha. When I get time, I'll tuck some stuff to make it look more legit.

It's really not that bad. I don't feel like going to check but if I remember correctly I think the coolant that is in there is like a blue or orange and its been less than 2k miles since my S/C install. When I did the install I drained all the coolant that was in there for the first 45k miles. I'm guessing the tank is just dirty looking, not the actual coolant, might be the lighting of the pic as well.
