It's held in by clips and only comes out and goes in from the front meaning you need to wait to place the grille back in or you'll scratch the paint.
I just got mine professionally redone and the grilles don't even look nor feel plastic! The paint blends in and you can't feel the lines where the two colors meet. I'll get some good pictures this weekend.

The car is silver and blue, but the blue is "speedway blue" off the new toyota tundra trucks. I only have dialup, so it takes fooooooooooorever to load a pic, but i will load more pics of my car when i have like all day to post them lol

was thinking about maybe a flat black on my laser metallic blue. what grit sand paper did everyone use. sorry if that has been asked but i didnt feel like going through all 16 pages of this
