This

There was a guy at one of our local dyno meets with an SS/SC that had done a dark grey sort of silver color...looked pretty cool IMO.

EDIT: Found it...sorry it wasn't grey it was white and it's thc's car

Here's a pic of his car...hope he doesn't mind:

^not a fan.

What about like gunmetal, satin black, bronze, copper, one of those dark colors. A light color like that on a black car doesnt go well IMO.

Hahaha!

Gestapo, the new paint on your ride is pretty sweet man. It's cool if you aren't feeling the paint on my lip, I like that it's not something super common.

Appreciate it man, and its not that it looks bad, it looks like the RK sport front lip that base models put on, like BFaulk i think his name is with the white LT on airbags. I agree with doing somethign different, but I think the full evo mod is what looks the best on the front, and not in a really bright color on a dark car *rolls eyes*, if you kinda stenciled letters in when you were painting, put flake in it, that would be different from the others who use black spraybomb. Where you could be different is finding something to do on the back of the car

I dont know why flat black is not considered for black cars

just because its suddel doesnt mean thats a bad thing.

I like that silver on black. I think red or green is just a little too much on a black car (the only other colors I've really seen on a black car)

Only thing I did different was shave the bow tie bulges on the middle cross bar.

i had rattle canned a few evo mod's for less then $20, and they just dont hold up the same and they have that hard line from the rattle can sitting on top of the clear. You cant argue that rattle canning paint on a bumper and sanding a bumper spraying it with real paint, and clearing the whole thing isnt better. Plus you can put all different pearl in real paint to get different looks you want

At this rate I will be the only SS member without the "Evo mod." I'm ok with that.
