Man I can not wait for my Retros to come in... I love the 1st gen CCFL halos projectors.. but right now, i cant stand driving at night because of the projector / bulb are not focusing right... so i get a huge dead spot down the street.. Right now, im going for functionality over looks.. cant wait

i do not like the trs sealent. used it on my subaru retros and it never gets hard and my fear is that if you get an extremely hot day you might see seperation of the lens and housing. the only reason i know my subaru lights wont fall apart is because they have clips holding the lens to the housing but for other housings im not sure.... just wish it got harder then it does. they dont seem to have any leaks though

I'm just going to use it on areas where I see the oem glue won't help much, not on whole headlight. I have heard that before lol

yeah it seals well from what i have seen but i know some guys use actual window sealent. or oem headlight sealent which i think is the best thing you can do as it will harden when cold and soft when warm

I also agree with this statement. While it works great and all, its messy stuff to deal with (although I've rarely had to use it on any cobalt retrofits)

I always use extra sealer as I never wnat a set to leak. I don't respond on anything anymore. I don't like havingroom for error.

hopefully all of my parts will be in soon

So maybe a dumb question...better to seal before or after aiming? Or doesn't matter?
