I leave them in for about 7 min the first time, then reheat for 3-5 min as needed. Don't worry, you're not gonna melt them at that temp, just don't leave them in for an hour or anthhing like that. while I had the oven on I took a small screwdriver and cleaned out most of the glue from the channels and a putty knife to clean it off the lenses. Then when you seal the lights, put new sealant in the channels, press the lens into the slot, and put them back in the oven to soften the adhesive, then clamp the lens and housing together, that should give you a nice seal

Thanks for fillin me in man I'm gona try and reuse the stock sealent. And there's. No special trick to unclipping the housings apart is there?

Make sure you remove the three screws in the back of the light. Be VERY careful bending the clips up, they break extremely easy. I broke one on both of my lights. Doesn't matter all that much as long as you use a good sealant. Also be careful because the lip on the top of the housing is very flexible and easy to break.
