Does anyone know where I can get the retrofit headlights already made for sale? Does any company sell them?

I think he means what SilverSS/SC have or what Mercury have done. BTW, those are the only two that have retrofitted headlights. And they aren't for sale.

Ummmm, I've done 2 sets already for other people, Devon and a dude not on here that has an orange 06 coupe.

You get ALL the parts send them to me and in about a week , maybe 2 if I get busy at work and I'll send them back ready to go, custom made to your specs, custom painted however you want them and the cost? A mere $200! You can't beat that with a stick for truly one off custom work!

Just ask Devon how he likes his. Too bad his high beams don't work but its in the lamps themselves and not my work.

$800 $750 see how inexpensive I am! But like I said YOU supply the parts, well the big ones anyway I'll get the odds and ends.

not the only two! the parts to make them are not cheap so the resale price would be pretty high.

really..parts +200? not bad at all

for those who dont know what they need, you should offer to get them the parts and add it to the bill

$200 labor is a STEAL . Your generous man Unless you really look and be patient for a deal , your gonna spend about $350-600 on the projectors , ballests , ignitors bulbs ect . Hint though .....alot times you can buy damaged complete headlights at junkyards for cheaper and alot times you can nab all the HID parts from the wrecked car . Alot of times their cheaper , because well ....not many people want a cracked or damage headlight .

Luxury, vette. sexy looking. dont buy those ricey headlights. just another EBAY mod. might as well buy ebay springs. everyone knows ebay brand stuff sux 80% if the time.

HID in stock headlights are "RICE" projectors that are designed for HID how is that rice... Stock housings are not designed for hid and you will blind oncoming traffic.

some ppl think racing stripes are rice, everyone has there opinion of rice...That is the problem with using such a stupid term. Im tired of "i dont like it so its rice" comments on this site... Not liking the ebay projectors are one thing, but putting HID in stock housing is a dumb idea!!

Pics are floating around here somwhere of Devons car, I don't have any anymore. Sorry.

They look exactly like Mercury's. He had an awesome idea and I followed his instructions to the letter and they worked great!

I don't have Devons phone # anymore and hes hardly on here but you can try to PM him and see if he'll post some. But you can ask anyone that was at the last Fredrick MD meet and everyone LOVED them! Then I told them pricing and suddenly no one wanted them anymore, like this stuff is cheap or something or I can just slap em together in 20 min or something. These are a good 2 to 3 day job if I do NOTHING else but work on them!

Guys I think he ment the projectors that are sold for the Cobalt, you know these...

And as for myself I like them, don't think they're ricey at all. True the light out put is different then the stockers but its more concentrated and focused rather then spread all over. But its whatever you like thats why they make different stuff cause not everyone had the same tastes.
