Hey guys I ordered the RK sport carbon fiber hood with the scoop. I guess I should have waited and ordered it straight from RK sport...I payed like 1000 something after shiping...but lol I ended up ordering it from Andys Auto Sport. It took 2 1/2 months to get here. They kept telling me it was back ordered. Once I go to install it I will take some pics. When I get some off time around the 4th of July I will post a thead on the install. Hopefully it will be an easy one. The only things I am really worryed about is the heat shield fitting correctly and everything lining up.

So I take it it's only functional for the 2.2? Bummer. I thought they were going to make a functional 2.0 hood by summer. It's almost July already!

does it use the factory mounts? and also can it still have the gas strut which holds the hood up? I know on my old car, every CF hood available had to remove the gas strut.

Everything bolts up from factor...Even the gas strut bolts right up. It was very very easy to install. Everything linked up perfect. Its an exact bolt on with no mods what so ever. You just have to make sure you line the holes up right :-). Just take off your old one and bolt the new one on. Its very easy
