got it and my tires put on Friday:
got it from a guy who sells only GM parts on ebay, works for a dealer and has a good price on OEM parts, I got that for $107 shipped, GMparts direct wants $115 + shipping

our didn't have one at all... they say its "heat related" but oh well, this looks 10Xs better than not having one...
and that is why you use an adhesive on the back, I was forewarned on that

you could probably get that custom made easily... get it made in vinyl and then use adhesive to get it to stick, as mentioned, that one just sticks on, easily comes off(which is a bad thing, lol)
I HIGHLY advise anyone who buys one to get adhesive behind it(if they want it to stay up), mine was peeling when it arrived... now its holding nicely
oh yeah, they actually make a liner adhesive, my dad had some in his shop ironically... its used for head liners but worked great on this as well
