I'm posting this to see if there would be any interest if Neil started producing these. I talked to Neil he told me if there is enough interest in these he will make them..

The big difference is these would be made out of full carbon fiber. I'm wondering what you guys would pay for something like this and how many people would buy them.

Below is a picture of my trunk, this is what they will look like but in carbon fiber.

 

ill take one for sure.... but i think if it was about an inch higher it would look a bit different. let me know asap.

bolt on or mold on spoiler? or a full replacement trunk?

i think there would be more interest if it was a bolt on spoiler deal. i dont see people wanting to pay more then what a carbon fiber trunk would cost so probablly arround 550 without shipping.

It would be the same as mine now, it won't be any higher. It will just be carbon, I'll end up having one on mine to kinda promote it for Neil. I think this would be awesome. If there would be alot of interest maybe we could get more carbon body parts made.

 

If it was exactly that shape just in carbon fiber I'd take one. Curious how they would be mounted though.

It would be a whole trunk, not just the wing.

 

I think it's a great concept and you would get plenty of sales, its just not for me as I can't justify spending lots of money for my base g5... Good luck though!

and just to make sure, its the entire trunk/spoiler combo, so its not bolt on or mold on, its litterally a brand new trunk.

Everyone is going to shoot low in hopes that some vendor slashes their prices. Then nothing gets made. Produce one and it will sell. No third brake like would be clean.
