If everything is hooked up correctly, you would have some sort of power. Check your connections. #1 thing is people forget to plug in the stock harness to the cars wiring harness

I have the ground hooked up under the fender bolt when I plug each headlight into the driverside they work I just have no high beams but I have tried both headlights on the passenger side and neither have worked any ideas? The positive is bolted down no fuses are out so I'm lost at this point could it be the harness?

Did you switch the blue and white wires around? If not you need to

Ok so it needs to be switched on both projectors and will that fix the high beam problem too? When i turn the brights on i hear a ticking noise coming from the fuse box. But switching the wires should get the passenger side to turn on correct?

Some dude actually got out of his car and started yelling at me for my lights being too bright. When i got home i tried to aim them down a bit....

I must have over-extended one my headlight aim screws because my light just dropped all the way down to the lowest setting and won't turn that screw anymore. I haven't looked at it real close yet but is there any way to repair that thing??

I had a kit sent to me that had a CCFL halo wire and metal bracket popped out of the terminal. Can you guys check your 'Support@BuyHIDs.com' email, I'm just looking to get an answer to a question as soon as you get a chance.

This happened to the lights i made for a friend in a accent. Did it once then never again..very strange. If the relay gets wet, i guess anything can happen.

so you think the relay may have gotten wet? it might have, i tried to do the best to mount it out of harms way. ill reconnect the ground when i leave work in a few so i can drive home. ill see what it does then.

if i swap lights and the problem persists, do i need a new relay harness. if so how much?

Thanks

Everything has been working great until this morning in the garage i realized my right headlight projector wasn't working-- the halo still works fine. I checked the wires and the ballast and nothing was wrong. then i checked the bulb and found that inside the glass near the base of the bulb has white residue on it. Is my bulb burnt out already? There's no connection in the center bubble and there's 3 splats of green looking **** in that bubble too.

I plugged the bulb into a working ballast and the bulb still wouldn't light. That's the second thing i thing i tried after checking all my connections. The bulb is definitely dead... the halos are still working great.
