CAT and emissions (Ontario)

Hey guys, quick question. Does a high flow CAT pass emissions tests?

I have searched and read through "removed CAT" and "gutted cat" threads but this is more specific to a high-flow CAT in ontario and the laws there. I am reletively new to the tuner way of life and haven't done anything to an exhaust before. I have been waiting to do my exhaust because there is nothing out that I really like but eventaully I will be doing my exhaust and I think more importantly the CAT needs to be adressed cuz it's the bottle neck in any exhaust system. Opinions? answers? experience? Anyone can comment but specifcally the boys/girls in the Ontario.

yea. you will have to have it installed so you can swap them out to pass the E-test. Just a warning...watch out for the MTO officers...
