Aaron.. just a fair warning.. If the wheels are damaged in any way when you return the vehicle, you must pay for them, unless you buy the Smart Coverage insurance when you sign the lease papers..
Meaning if they are pitted from salt of such abuse, or likewise, you must pay.. just an fyi.. and nothing like winter tires in the winter..
you are going to replacing those all-seasons real quick..
i like two sets of wheels cause it puts less wear on each set. but that's me.. all the luck to yo bro.. nice purchase btw!!

Hey Moe,
Thanks for the advice. Yeah, I did go with that "Smart Wear" program so I'm covered for up to $3500 worth of damage when I turn it in.
I agree, nothing beats snow tires in the winter, but I think I can do alright without. The cobalt was the first car I ever used snow tires on but that was only because the stock tires are an absolute no-no for the snow. Although they did a good job and looked ok, I really hated the winter months when my car just didn't look the same without the stock rims.
With the way the police have been lately, I'm pretty much done with the racing/agressive driving, that's one reason I went with the HHR. It's more about being practical and getting me to work. Of course if they are going to offer a turbo I have to take it

I'm glad you got it in ok. Yeah, the sound can't be beat. After I had it installed, I found the sound was addictive. I'd floor it all the time just to hear that sweet whine.

Looks like the weather will indeed hold out for you guys. At this point, Saturday is going to be 19C and party cloudy.....not bad BBQ weather at all. I'm out on this trip though. Big party Saturday night and the Jager-bombs are gonna be flowin! WOOO!

I was seriously thinking of going back to stock wheels and stock ride height...long story. Anyone interested in swapping their polished wheels for my almost new ASA JH9's....they look good!
