The ride is a little worse than before, but not so bad that I want to ever change them back. I just have to continue babying it.

As far as how much it lowers it, it seemed to have lowered it about an inch at the front, but much more than 1.3" at the back, more like 2 to 2.5". When you get insde you can tell the ass doesn't sit as high.

I love it so far, then handling is superb!

Anyone here have a Sawsall I could borrow for this weekend?I need it to cut the stock exhaust off this beast so I can put the GMPP on.
I'm leaving Saturday morning to go pick it up in Kitchener.

Nova, let me know how you like the GMPP Performance exhaust once you get it on. It's definitely an upgrade I'll be considering in the future.

Yeah I seem to be having a problem.
The bolts holding the exhaust on are rusted on.So maybe I will have to wait and go to Mr Bay next weekend.
Do you have to call ahead or what?I've never been there before.

they don't book appointments.....they usually have a bay open and all the tools you need. I beleive it's 17 or 19 bucks an hour to rent the hoist. But, should take less than 1 hour...so cheaper rate.

On the way to Mr Bay,passed the Chrysler dealership. And there I saw CheviSS's car.Anyone know what he has now?

CheviSS had the SS/SC wing on the normal SS right?
If thats right.then that is his car.Its right out in front

rj,If you're thinking about getting the GMPP exhaust.I'd get it.I like it alot so far.May not be the biggest exhaust out there. But you can tell its not stock.Even if you give alittle light gas.You can hear the rumble

Yeah, he had the high rise on the SS/NA. Just look for the grey bowtie in the back window. That's the for sure way to tell.

As for the exhaust, I'm glad you enjoy it. From what I've heard of it, I like the sound much better than stock, too. I've never really liked the stock exhaust note from the get go anyway. But you also mentioned that you feel a bit of a difference too, which is good. Right now, there's someone on eBay selling a GMPP performance exhaust (used) from California and the bidding is at just over $200, but the reserve hasn't been met. Wonder what the guy's reserve is, and how bad shipping costs would be....

Oh really? I didn't know. It's not like I get to see you guys anymore to keep in the loop.

Yes, the CFL is a pretty big deal out this way, even though I've never been much of a fan. Guys at work kept asking me if I was having a 'Grey Cup party,' and I was like 'what?'

Went there looking for a used Compass/Nitro .. something along those lines.. and went home with a 09 Jeep Sahra 4 door... with the new orange paint, and loving it. Paying a little more a month, but gonna love going topless in the summer. Will get picks up whenever i get a chance to take some.. and when it's actually sunny out.

Wally, please leave your top on. Last thing we need is you scaring off all the ladies....

By the way, I heard wind of the massive layoffs goin on at GFX. Has the ship finally sprung a big enough leak that will sink it?
